I ride a Sportster 883 hugger that I have been hooked on since day one .I used to dream of riding my husbands bike alone -then I would wake up -it was a wonderful feeling.After years of wanting one he agreed that I should be able to do anything I was big enough to do and I saw the hugger and it was the one for me.He insisted I take a state m/c riding coarse ,I did and passed on a 250 cc. then it was time for my husband to tell me how it really was in the real world with the problems that occur that my instructor did'nt tell us or what to be aware and how to handle things;like I did not ever think that the farther up the road you look the easier it is to handle and the faster you can go especially in the curves-looking directly over the front end on the road seems really faster than it is and is dangerous cause you cannot pay attention to everything- soon it will become second nature.I fell off a few times and banged up the bike alittle -not me too bad had to lay up a short time ,but I cannot even think of not riding I am learning about loose gravel and all the low speed hazards -experence counts.
I am a floral designer in a very fast pace shop and I love it .I have the best boss and she is a dear friend too.I have pet his name is Simon but I call him Tootie sometimes no reason ,I also refer to dogs as poopers . I was born in up state New Hampshire and met my husband in 1975 I have a stepdaughter ,a graduate of Texas A&M masters degree and we are very proud of her .I look forward to ride my own bike to events ,trips,or just to work -I love it ...I will not be on the computer that much . I can type but I know little of webpages -my husband suggested that I join as I have fell off and got back on .I will get him to set the page up for me with my instructions and if I don,t answer emails of comments quickly
I will as soon as I can -I am very busy maintaining the household and all kinds of things us women do besides if he is home he is probably on the computer.we have some very special friends within The United Kingdom and other places on the globe as well and I hope to get to know you all better with time as I am married to the National President of Ride 'Til We Rot Society -USA and I give the man who is called Reddog all of my love and support
