How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(email@example.com ) for the full details.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the Australian members for their patience over issues in Australia. Yesterday the President Rick Sablatura resigned and it was accepted by myself and the founders. Also (prior to this) Geoff Ennis had decided to take a break on personal issues for about a year, all his web sites and posts will remain and as we are personal friends he will never be too far away from me and advising me on certain points and discussing protocols. It would be fair to say we all have private lives, and from time to time all presidents’ etc need a bit of space to deal with private issues, family and work. From now on (as when we first started) the founders will step in to breach gaps and see how RTWR can work in such a vast country. As some of you will have ideas on tweaking things I would like you to let me know your phone numbers via email and I will ring you. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. All calls and things spoken about are strictly confidential and all are listened to. For many years through the mediums of email/skype and phone calls we have made it so everyone has a say. Recently I have been working closely with an Australian member Ron (scuzzi) and his help with making an easy access website linked to all RTWR sites plus domain names has been mind boggling...to say the least ...but we are getting there. Thank you officially to Ron. I have had complaints and I hope what is happening now will assure all members in Australia that work is in progress to arrest the issues raised to the founders. With such a vast country I guess you will all agree that state to state differs. This is where your state chairmen will be essential to the smooth running. Some state chairmen are already busy with sorting out registered charities, a very difficult task, and the state reps are always on hand to help members. We as founders are what we say we are..Always there. Through good and bad times and we take seriously all thoughts anyone has as this was a society founded for the bikers by the bikers to run in such a way that everyone counts. A suggestion that has come forward is to have a national secretary who collates all members sheets, and all info from the state chairmen. This is then passed to us so we can get an overall unbiased opinion of what is needed or how things could or should be altered. I think this is a good idea. For now the founders will oversee all aspects of Australia and although this will leave it for the meantime with no president it will enable state chairmen to find their feet and deal with us in an admin and practical way. In the uk we have a similar position ... I have Terri who is my Personal assistant, it has worked so well and I cannot see why not in Australia. Any problems please do not hesitate to get in touch. Even if you only want things explained better...communication is the key All the best Manda on behalf of both founders.
