Sitting with my granddad at age 6 outside a country pub with a packet of crisps and bottle of vimpto pop, I encountered my first close up of a bike. I informed him I would have one when I was a big girl. He told me that young ladies did not do that sort of thing. So decided to be a boy. (at 6 that seemed logical)
Started riding triumph Bonneville at 12..parents horrified..by 16 had moved on to Norton commando then to the Norton interstate ...and got married to Pete a biker sadly lost when i was 19 . Luckily my granddad supported my ideals as parents threw in the towel and I seldom ever spoke to them again ..
My whole life has been bikes and bikers and looking after them, I have lost far too many good friends to bike accidents.
After encountering the H1 Kawasaki in the 70’s I had a run of buying anything from s1 b’s1 c’s (all cc’s) and z range. I never got round to selling them so ended up with 14 in the garage...lol..had most for about 20 years but then got rid of many and started on the Suzuki range..from all GS range to now the intruder. Still have a st z 1000 kawasaki and my old genesis 1000 fzr which I never want to part with..
I saw lots of changes in laws over the years from helmet to noise levels, saw a lot of changes in biking, and now have met within our membership a whole host of people who like me feel that looking after each other regardless of affiliation is paramount in order for bikers to have a better deal, a voice, and hopefully attain a more caring attitude from the general public.
All over the world Ride til We Rot presidents, reps and members are giving their all for each other and others not in the society. Everyone does this for free. The society has no funds. Just the pure goodwill of us all.
The only license I hold is a full UK bike license
What Bikes/Trikes do you own
intruder 1400
kawasaki ST 1000
FZR 1000 Genesis
getting to the stage of needing a trike...one-day...lol
What type of music do you like
you name it ...i will listen to it..
Have you had a Bike/Trike accident that you want to tell us about
would not know where to start.. but the last one (which i have never heard the last of) a few years ago went to get deano's bike MOT'd and 10minutes after it had passed had my neice on the back carrying a large chocolate cake and lemon meringue pie..plus his 2 legal pipes..and suddenly we were giggling uncontrollably...typical women...when god knows why i clipped the curb with the front wheel.the intruder went up in the air...so did my niece..i hit the deck first...she came down next..on top of me like a katate chop...she sustained a bruise on her leg..i had the ribs snapped of my sternum...the wing mirror embeded in my wrist...and a sore bum.the bike had a bent foot rest ...it took 4 burly men to lift intruder off my leg..no damage as it had landed on my boot...trapping my foot.
the cakes were in perfect condition..
oil leak from engine persists to this day...but kinda goes with the overall look of his bike...
ribs still play up after 4 years..
deano still having a few digs about it...thats life...lol

Polymerase Chain Reactio. n 'C:bomb:vid:underage:' TEST IS FRAUD:exclamation::exclamation:
In a stunning development, a former Chief Science Officer for the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer says "there is no science to suggest a second wave should happen." The "Big Pharma" insider asserts that false positive results from inherently unreliable COVID tests are being used to manufacture a "second wave" based on "new cases."
Dr. Mike Yeadon, a former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years, says that half or even "almost all" of tests for COVID are false positives. Dr. Yeadon also argues that the threshold for herd immunity may be much lower than previously thought, and may have been reached in many countries already.
Dr. Michael Yeadon:
"Look, please THINK. Virus prevalence is reported to be around 0.1%. We know the false positive rate is around 0.8%, some believe higher. Test 10,000. You’ll find 10 real positives, but also 80 false positives. So only 1 in 9 positives are real. You won’t know which ones.
This is as close to madness as I’ve seen this year. There is only one possible outcome from this activity. Birmingham will be found to be the centre of an ENORMOUS outbreak & this will inevitably require another city-wide lockdown.
After all, testing will reveal prevalence of the virus roughly 900% higher than when ONS last ran a careful representative sample. ANYONE close to this decision with an O level in Statistics, PLEASE speak to whoever is in charge of this mess. And if you can’t persuade them, EMIGRATE.

Hi Manda, My dog is fine. I'm the one that was dragged. A vet. friend of mine recommended a small pill to put in her ear. It was a .75 calibre lead pill. Unfortunately I love her too much. She is a  Bull Mastiff  Rhodesian Ridgeback cross. Not only is she cross, she's feckin' furious. The biggest British bike I owned was a 750cc Enfield Interceptor. Keep well and safe riding.
